A Letter from our President

Colleagues and Friends,

It has been several months since our successful May Education Conference.   We enjoyed a great meeting but we did experience a reduction in attendance.  I would like to take a few moments of your time to discuss the value of attending your NCARHMM Education meetings.

All of us are dealing with reduced travel and education budgets.  However, we are hopeful that you will be able to gain approval to participate in our valuable educational meetings located locally in North Carolina.

The Board and I are very proud of the quality programs that are provided to our membership for unbelievably reasonable costs.  For example, the cost of our 2-day November Education session for each hospital attendee will be approximately $225 (includes registration, two nights’ accommodations, and most meals).   For this value, you receive excellent education opportunities (typically, 6-8 hours of AHRMM CEU’s), have a great opportunity to network with your peers, and see the latest products / services from our supplier sponsors.  

We feel that you will not find better educational value anywhere.   Our regional workshops are still a fantastic value at $50 per session and are designed for limited overnight stays.

In order for our state association to continue to grow and be healthy, we need Supply Chain professionals from across the state to support our events.   Please consider staying local this upcoming year and support your NCAHRMM education opportunities.
